I was born in and raised in the Cherry neighborhood of Charlotte. One of eight children, I grew up playing in Little Sugar Creek and watching the city grow up and out. My wife and I have been married 27 years. We have two sons and three grandchildren, who also live in Charlotte. I’ve been with First Presbyterian for 12 years. I enjoy working on cars in my spare time. I like GM and Chevy above others. And I like Frosted Flakes.
