Young Adult Ministry
Young Adult Formation welcomes all people in their 20s and 30s—whether you’re single, married, new to church, a longtime attendee, or just exploring faith. We offer a variety of ways to connect, and you’re welcome to join in as much or as little as feels right for you. This is a space to build community, ask questions, serve others, and grow through meaningful connection and shared experiences.

Sunday Morning Faith Formation
Every Sunday | 9:45-10:45 am | P212
The Bible Jesus Read—Led by Parish Associate Rob Spach, this class explores Hebrew scriptures, helping participants understand the texts that shaped Jesus’ life and ministry.

Spiritual Direction
Are you longing for a deeper connection with God? Curious about where God may be leading you? Spiritual Direction can help you deepen your relationship with God or discern God’s calling in your life. Sessions are guided by a trained spiritual director and may include prayer, conversation, and silence, offering an unhurried space to share freely without fear of judgment. Frequency: Once a month
Length: One hour per session
Duration: Up to six sessions available per individual
Location: In person at the church or virtual
Cost: No cost for First Presbyterian Church members and staff
Young Adult Bible Study
Second and Fourth Tuesdays Monthly | 7 pm
This Bible study meets in members’ homes for thoughtful conversation on scripture, theology, and how faith shapes our lives. Led by a pastor or theological teacher, it’s a space to ask questions and explore faith—no prior experience required.
First Drafts of Faith
First Wednesday of the Month | 7 pm | various breweries
Grab a drink and join other young adults for casual, meaningful conversation around a central faith question. A relaxed setting to connect, reflect, and enjoy community—the first round is on us.
Young Adult Monthly Social
Fourth Thursday of the Month | 7 pm | Various Locations
This monthly social gathering is all about connection—bowling, dinner, escape rooms, and more. A chance to unwind midweek and meet new friends in a fun, informal setting.
Young Adult Service Opportunities
second Saturday of the month
Join fellow young adults and church members for rotating monthly service projects that benefit the community. A great way to build relationships while making a difference.
