Jan joined First Presbyterian Church as Finance Manager in July 2010. Prior to FPC, Jan’s experience covered Auditing and Subsidiary Accounting for Public Service Company (now Dominion Energy), Accounting and HR for Marshall Consulting, Inc., and General Accounting for several area Non-Profits while being a “stay at home mom.”
Completing a BS in Accounting at Gardner-Webb University in 3 years, Jan married her high school sweetheart, Dean, in 1985. Dean and Jan have two grown sons and two grandsons. Outside of work, Jan enjoys spending time with family, rearranging furniture, and working puzzles of any kind, especially Sudoku and jigsaw.
