As a multi-decade member at First Presbyterian Church, I joined the staff in July 2013. I continue to be interested in ways Christian Formation can equip our congregation for ministry inside and outside our church. My background includes a Math and Business degree from Wake Forest, corporate bank work, five years as First Presbyterian's Membership Coordinator, a stint as a caterer and 30 years of studying the Bible with a host of insightful and supportive women and men. Learning is a lifelong pursuit and for me includes reading lots of “Jesus” books, being certified to teach yoga and holding several wine certifications. As my family will tell you, cooking is my love language.
My husband Lee and I are grateful for time with our children, Andrew and A.C., and for the opportunities to watch them flourish in young adulthood.
