Music Ministry

at First Presbyterian Church

The music ministry at First Presbyterian is a vibrant and integral element of the worship service and the spiritual life of the church.  The various ensembles provide opportunities for all ages to share their musical talents as a means of ministering to the congregation and glorifying God through music.

Adults, youth, and children from different backgrounds, with varying degrees of music training and skill, come together to praise God through music and through community.

Our choirs support the congregation in singing hymns, responses, and other parts of the sung liturgy. The focus is on anthems that enhance the scriptural themes and musical leadership that helps create a cohesive worship experience.

Whether you’re a singer, an instrumentalist, or a handbell ringer, there’s a place for you.

If you’d like to listen to more of our anthems, check us out on YouTube at Music@FPCLT.
