This year’s Civil Rights trip will travel to Montgomery, Selma, and Birmingham, AL. Funding from the Catherine S. Grier Community Building Fund will sponsor 13 Westerly Hills Academy educators to attend. Itinerary includes: Legacy Museum. Freedom Monument Sculpture Park, Rose Parks Museum, Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, and Sixteenth Street Baptist Church in Birmingham.  See tentative itinerary here. There are still spots available for First Presbyterian members. Single and double rooms are available, and scholarships may be available. COST: 21-28 people total (including WHA teachers)  - $750 + $250 single supplement Contact Garrell Keesler for access to a limited number of scholarships.
