Dan Ogburn serves as Outreach Coordinator on the outreach ministry team at First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte. A familiar presence in the church community for nearly two decades, Dan is known for his generous spirit, quick willingness to serve, and deep belief in the importance of human connection. Whether volunteering in local outreach ministries, serving on committees, or stepping in wherever needed, Dan approaches each opportunity with authenticity, humility, and compassion. Through his work with ministries such as RITI and the church food pantry, he has developed a profound respect for the resilience and strength of the neighbors the church serves. Dan and his wife, Martha, have three married children and three grandchildren, who he describes as the greatest joy in their lives.
