April 20 | Reflections on Holy Week: Maundy Thursday to Easter
Beginning on Thursday with the preparation of the Last Supper, this class will consider Jesus’ final words to his Disciples, the walk through the Garden of Gethsemane, the arrest, trials, and crucifixion in order to understand the Lord’s suffering and to prepare for the joy of celebrating the Resurrection at worship. April 27 | Post-Resurrection Stories: Emmaus
Luke’s gospel tells the story of the disciples, a mysterious stranger who joins them on their walk, and their amazement when their eyes are opened and they recognize Jesus. (Led by Rich Neidinger)
May 4 | Post-Resurrection Stories: Breakfast on the Beach
In John’s gospel, the disciples are slow to recognize the generous stranger who offers them breakfast after their night of fishing. What teaching does Jesus offer once they see him? (Led by Rich Neidinger)
