Global Mission Sunday
This Global Mission Sunday, we pause to give thanks for and recommit to our church's global mission partners in Haiti, Cuba, Mexico, and Western North Carolina. It's a day of opportunities to learn, worship, and serve. Before Sunday School Visit the Mission Tables for Earth Care, Voting, and the Global Outreach Committee, and bring nonperishable items for the Communion Sunday Food Drive. 9:45–10:45 a.m. — Combined Adult Class in the Fellowship Hall Actionnel Fleurisma joins us to lead a conversation about Haiti and our congregation's Haiti Mission — a chance to hear directly about the partnership and its impact. 11 am — Worship Service We welcome guest preacher Rev. Dr. Amantha Barbee. We'll share in Communion together, and the morning's offering will go directly to support our Haiti mission partners. After the Service The Mission Tables and Communion Sunday Food Drive continue, and you can join the Advocacy Stream Clean as a hands-on way to care for God's creation.
