Advocacy

The Department of Justice is hosting United Against Hate events across the country the week of September 21-27.  The First Presbyterian Church Advocacy Committee, in partnership with the Charlotte office of the US Attorney, will host a screening of the film “Repairing The World,” which is a film about the Tree of Life shooting and how the community came together across all religions, races, and ethnicities to stand up against hate in their community. A short discussion panel will follow.
